1. Is internet required to use your POS system?

eStockerNext POS is a cloud-based system and requires an active internet connection to ensure real-time syncing, reporting, and data backup. Offline mode is not available yet, but will be available soon syncing resumes once the connection is restored.

2. Can I manage multiple branches with one account?

Yes, all our plans support multi-branch management. You can easily monitor inventory, sales, and staff activity across different store locations in real time.

3. Do you offer training and onboarding support?

Absolutely! We provide free onboarding and training with Command (Enterprises) plans. For Basic and Standard plans, onboarding tutorials and documentation are available in the Help Center.

4. Is customer data secure on your platform?

Yes, we follow industry-standard security practices, including data encryption, daily backups, and secured cloud hosting to ensure your data is always protected and accessible.

5. Can I migrate my existing data to eStockerNext?

Yes, we offer data migration services to import your existing inventory, customer, and sales data from CSVs or other systems. Our team will guide you through the entire process.
